John should go to latest updated websites to verify that the information is true and should not trust the message just so easily. About the medicine, he should consult his doctor and buy the medicine from him rather than the unreliable and unchecked source(attachment). The attachment might turn out to be a porn site, or a site that might have spyware, adware and other malware. He should not click on the attachment unless it is verified to be safe by online or offline trusted sources.

hello~ (sorry the previous post by my partner was something done in 1 min..so yeah a bit unclear)
okay now back to the question :D
1st picture: It give the viewer a slight feeling of seduction but not that arousing
2nd picture: Actually the picture was supposed to advertise about the company's airlines but maybe the producer(or someone like that) of the picture got a little too carried away, feeling that it might capture the viewer's attention. In the end, the product was that the air hostesses' butts were blocking the airplane so the viewer's attention would probably be on them instead of the supposed main focus
3rd picture: The purpose of the advertisement was to advertise the new burger, but it turned out that the producer wanted to add in sexual reference for capturing viewership?? It would most probably gross the viewer before he/she evens tries the burger itself
