About the medicine, he should consult his doctor and buy the medicine from him rather than the unreliable and unchecked source(attachment). The attachment might turn out to be a porn site, or a site that might have spyware, adware and other malware. He should not click on the attachment unless it is verified to be safe by online or offline trusted sources.
